PRICES

           The prices are for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
         
        -The prices are per house and for the existing beds. 

• -Minimum stay is 3 nights in Summer season, 4 nights in the winter season.
• (unless there is availability between existing bookings).
• -Prices include all expences and taxes.


• -House cleaning and change of linen are provided twice a week (every 3 or 4 days).                 
• -Free high speed WI-FI in 90% of the house
• -Free aircoditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
• -Free baby cot and baby seat (on request).                                                      

                           BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• -A deposit of 30% - 40% of the booking total is required to confirm the booking.
• -The deposit will be fully refunded for a booking cancellation more than 30 days before arrival.
• -The deposit is non refundable for a cancellation of booking less than 30 days before arrival.
• -The balance is due durring the holiday.


• -Smoking is not allowed inside the houses
• -Animals are not accepted 
• -Minimum stay is 3 nights in Summer season, 4 nights in winter seaon
• -Check in time: after 15:00 (otherwise on request).
• -Check out time by 11:00 (otherwise on request).
